We ship everywhere, within Nigeria and internationally. Whether you’re in Lagos, Abuja, or halfway across the world, your Hingees package will get to you.

Timelines

  • Lagos: 24–48 hours
  • Other Nigerian cities: 5–7 business days
  • International orders: 2–3 weeks

We work with Fez Delivery and other trusted delivery partners to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. You’ll also receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on your location. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

Refunds & Replacements

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
